On January 20, 2021, Pro Broadcasting, Inc., licensee of AM Broadcast Station KYND, 1520 kHz, Cypress, Texas, filed an application with the Federal Communications Commission for its consent to the assignment of license of station KYND to El Sembrador Ministries.  Members of the public wishing to view this application or obtain information about how to file comments and petitions on the application can visit publicfiles.fcc.gov, and search in the KYND public file.
